Our Colombian single origin coffee comes from Pitalito, the second largest town in Huila, Colombia. This region is known for its high quality, and often award winning, coffee that has distinctive flavor profiles of deep dark chocolate notes with a hint of bright florals. The soil around Huila is rich with volcanic soil which adds a sweet acidity and intense aromas to its deeply satisfying cup.
